When renowned journalist Dusan Gajic graduated high school with his peers in 1989 Serbia, the fall of the Berlin wall that year promised a brighter future. But the following decade only brought more war and strife at home. Thirty years after graduation, Gajic and his classmates reunite in their old high school. Featuring dramatic historical footage and frank conversations with former classmates, The Graduates is a thought-provoking visual retelling of Serbia’s recent history.
