The New England Tour 2015

BEST OF THE FEST

The Middlebury New Filmmakers Festival is strongly committed to raising the profile of its winning filmmakers. The New England Tour is the direct fulfillment of this commitment.

This past April and May, our 11 VTeddy Award winning films from 2015 toured together throughout New England, appearing at great venues across the region. We thoroughly enjoyed bringing these outstanding films to appreciative audiences and met many wonderful people along the way. We’re already preparing for the 2016 New England Tour featuring this year’s winners and should have our lineup of films, venues, and dates available by December.

THE FILMMAKERS

MNFF compensates its winning filmmakers for the tour screenings, regardless of whether they attend the events. And the Festival provides lodging and meal stipends for those who do come out to support their films. We believe strongly in the value of the New England Tour and fully expect it will grow in visibility and importance in the years ahead. And we thank our venue partners for their enthusiastic support as the Tour rolls out for the first time.
